🎯 What will actually happen inside All Stars?

Hi Reader,

I’ve talked a lot about the idea behind All Stars: access, accountability, community and momentum.

But what will actually happen once you’re inside?

Let me give you a clearer picture.

We’ll start by working out where you want to go

During onboarding, you’ll take a proper look at your business as it is now and identify what you most want to change.

That might be finding better-fit clients, increasing your prices, creating more consistent income, improving your systems, developing a new service or finally taking the first steps towards building a team.

You don’t need to arrive with a beautifully polished five-year plan. We’ll help you make sense of where you are and decide what matters most next.

Then we’ll turn that into a plan

Our first season together will take us through a 12-week sprint from September to Christmas.

You’ll choose a meaningful goal for your business, break it into manageable actions and have regular opportunities to review your progress.

The whole community won’t be working towards the same outcome. Your goal will reflect your business, your circumstances and what success looks like to you.

The important part is that your plans don’t remain buried under client work until January.

You’ll have time to make things happen

We’ll hold regular co-working sessions, giving you protected time to work on your own business alongside other members.

No new lesson to watch. No extra homework.

Just time to tackle the proposal, update the system, write the email, review your numbers or complete whichever task will move you forward.

You’ll have people to talk things through with

Between sessions, the All Stars community will be there when you need a sounding board, a second opinion or input from someone who understands the reality of running a VA business.

You’ll be able to:

  • Ask questions and share challenges
  • Get ideas and honest perspectives from other established VAs
  • Bring questions directly to me
  • Talk through tricky client situations
  • Share opportunities, knowledge and experience
  • Celebrate progress with people who understand why it matters

Over time, this is where I believe some of the greatest value will come from.

Not simply having access to more information, but building relationships with people who get to know you and your business - and genuinely want to see you succeed.

You’ll also have access to focused guidance

There will be live Q&As and hot seats where we can work through the issues keeping you stuck, plus monthly mastermind sessions with expert guests who can bring specialist knowledge and fresh perspectives into the room.

Our first expert sessions will focus on subjects that matter to established business owners - not generic lessons on how to become a VA.

And because our founding members will help shape All Stars, we’ll listen carefully to the conversations happening inside the community and use them to guide the support we provide.

You won’t be expected to attend every session, join every conversation or take part in everything we offer.

This isn’t about adding more pressure to an already-full week.

It’s about giving you the support, structure and people you need to keep moving forward - even when client work and life get busy.

If that sounds like the business support system you’ve been missing, founding member doors are open now.

You can join for £39 per month, and there’s no long-term commitment.

Doors close at 11.59pm UK time on Sunday, 13 September, and we won’t open to new members again until 2027.

Holly x

P.S. Still wondering whether All Stars is right for you? Hit reply and tell me where you are in your business and what you’d most like help with. I’ll give you an honest answer.

Hello and happy Thursday! Is the VA industry changing? That's the big question we're digging into on today's episode of The Visionary VA Podcast, because the results of the 2026 UK VA Survey are finally here! This week I'm joined by Gwen Backhouse, Chair of the Society of Virtual Assistants (SVA), to talk about her own 12-year journey as a VA, the role of the SVA and, most importantly, what this year's survey tells us about the state of our industry. And there are some VERY interesting...

Hello & happy Tuesday! This month's issue of Espresso AI lands in subcribers' inboxes on Thursday, and it's a practical one. There's been a bit of a shake-up at the top of the AI world, so Martha explains what it means for you. Then she gets stuck into putting AI to work on your social content and your Q4 plans. Here's what paid subscribers are getting: Information about why people might be drifting back from Claude to ChatGPT now that Codex is in the desktop app, what Codex actually is, and...

Hello and happy Thursday! Will AI replace Virtual Assistants? It's a question that comes up A LOT in our community. And depending on who you listen to, you'll hear everything from "AI could never replace what I do" to "there won't be any VAs left in five years."I don't think either extreme is particularly helpful.AI isn't going anywhere. It's getting better incredibly quickly and it's already changing the way businesses operate and the type of support they need.So we need to be having honest...
