😮 Is your business boring enough?

Hello Reader,

Would you be offended if someone described your business as boring?

I think a few years ago I probably would have been.

But eight years into running my business, I've started to think that a little bit of boring might actually be something to aim for.

  • Predictable income.
  • Reliable systems.
  • Consistent marketing.
  • Clients who know exactly what to expect.
  • A team who understands how things work.

It might not make for the most exciting Instagram post, but it does make for a business that feels a lot calmer to run.

Because the reality is, most successful businesses aren’t built on huge breakthroughs and exciting announcements.

They're built on hundreds of ordinary days done well.

In this week's episode of The Visionary VA Podcast, I'm talking about why consistency often beats intensity, why we need to stop chasing every shiny new idea and why a business becoming a little more boring might actually be a sign that you’re doing something right.

If your business currently feels like it needs to be constantly changing, growing or doing something new, this one is definitely worth a listen.

You can watch or listen to the latest episode of The Visionary VA Podcast on YouTube, Spotify, Apple Podcasts or via our website.

Let me know what you think of this episode.
